Description

Stool can be adjusted in height from 28 – 38 inches. Great looking with ratchet mechanism. Holds a couple of pounds weight, good for plants, art, candlesticks, and objects. Good vintage condition from the 1950’ or 60’s. It is all wood jointed with mortise and tenon construction, real old world craftsmanship. The top is waterproof.

This is an adjustable table. It is an improved version of the adjustable candle stand used in colonial America. When the candle burned down one was able to adjust their light by raising the table top.See
